PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Ron Bernasconi began his real estate career in 1985 with Equitec Properties Company, where he was responsible for the leasing and management of office, retail and industrial space in the East Bay, Sacramento and Roseville.
In 1986, Ron joined the Grupe Company where he implemented re-developments in conjunction with the disposition, leasing & management of their portfolio of properties.
In 1989, Ron Bernasconi joined the Stone Brothers where he was responsible for the leasing of five community centers and a regional mall in addition to their other properties in Northern California.
In 1991, Bernasconi Commercial Real Estate was formed as a California Corporation licensed by the California Department of Real Estate to specialize in leasing, management, expansion and redevelopment.
