Understanding How To Create Value
In 2005 Bernasconi Commercial began repositioning Lincoln Plaza. We redesigned the Site Plan increasing leasable area by 36%. Then, we developed the 10,000 square foot building, which we leased to BevMo. In 2010, Bernasconi Commercial developed a 3,800 square foot building we leased to Bright Dental. Then, in 2011 we directed the renovation of the balance of the inline shop space, which transformed a fragmented 1970s era property into a modern integrated shopping center.
